• Reports Q1 (Mar) earnings of $0.69 per share, $0.03 worse than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $0.72; revenues rose 9.5% year/year to $237.66 mln vs the $251.4 mln S&P Capital IQ Consensus. EPS excludes $0.14 of tax benefit relating primarily to stock compensation accounting, compared with a $0.05 tax benefit in Q1 2018. Quarterly GAAP earnings per share were $0.78, compared with earnings per share of $0.71 in the first quarter of 2018.
